Technical Support

We take particular care with the selection of our technical team - that they are not only able chemists but can also communicate effectively with people who may not have a technical background. They are approachable, friendly, speak in jargon free language and have a practical approach. If you need to know the how, what and why of any of our products they will be happy to talk to you and share their knowledge.

Product Matching
If you want to sell a product, which performs or has the properties of an existing product in your range, or even a competitors range then just send a sample of the product to us. We will analyse it and where possible find a product match for you from within our range, or offer our product development service.

Product Enhancing
If you are using a product of ours but wish it could do an extra “this or that” in terms of performance, in a particular area, our team will work with you on enhancing our product. Many of our product enhancements have been customer driven, when specific needs have been shared with us. It is part of our commitment to listen to you and deliver the products and results you desire.

Product Development
Our R&D team are constantly working on new products, mixing and testing new ingredients out of curiosity, as well as demand. We manage the changes brought about by legislation seamlessly, by sourcing new raw materials and creating products for you behind the scenes. We have recently, for example, removed ammonia from our Quadratech range, whilst retaining performance and we have also created a whole silicone free range of valeting and cleaning products called Quadramotive Bodyworks for vehicle body shops.
