When you need to solve a cleaning problem that is totally new, due to an innovative approach by your development team, or want a product that is unique to your organisation then call us to discuss the manufacture of a bespoke product.

We have the technology, the ability and the flexibility to create and manufacture special products for you. This could be as simple as a particular colour and fragrance mix, or as complex as a new manufacturing process that needs a totally innovative thought process.

It is worth bearing in mind that our batch sizes for bespoke products are not as large as most of our competitors, so you would not need to purchase thousands of litres of product to achieve your aims. Batch sizes can be from as little as 205 litres up to 800 litres depending on the type and complexity of the formulation and our technical team can advise you on this.

With bespoke manufacture sometimes the resulting quantity is below or above the specified batch size, this is due to production factors such as viscosity of the product running through the filling lines, or automated or manual filling procedures. The variation in the number of litres produced are in the range of + or -10%. We will always advise you of the batch size produced before delivering the product to you.
